THE USEFUL IDEA

Start with a rule you can explain in one sentence and fulfill at the counter. Measure enrollment, activity and redemption separately.

Write the complete promise

Define which transaction earns progress, what the reward is and which conditions customers should know before enrolling. Put exclusions, expiry and restrictions next to the main promise rather than only in a hard-to-find note.

As a simple check, ask a team member to explain the program without help. Compare that explanation with what a customer would hear. Differences reveal which part of the rule needs work.

Rehearse the counter experience

Nativo Rewards presents digital loyalty cards and QR enrollment. It is a resource to explore when translating points or stamp rules into a customer card; confirm the current options for your operation.

  • Decide who can record purchases and how to identify the correct customer.
  • Document how to handle duplicate entries or an incorrect transaction.
  • Rehearse redemption and the explanation of the remaining balance.
  • Keep instructions accessible to someone new on the shift.

Check that you can fulfill the benefit

Estimate the direct cost of delivering the reward, staff time and any real capacity limit. Use your own purchase and margin data. An appealing discount can be difficult to sustain when offered without understanding those costs.

Do not claim a card causes more sales simply because an enrolled customer returns. They may already have been a regular. Define an observation period and retain a reasonable comparison before attributing a change to the program.

Review signals that support a decision

Separate enrolled people, cards with activity and rewards actually delivered. Also review recurring questions and operational corrections. Enrollment demonstrates registration; it does not by itself establish use or profitability.
