Trace a guest’s route
Start with arrival: how the entrance is identified, how guests reach their table and which route leads to facilities. Imagine the same journey in low light, rain or with someone who needs breaks. Record questions for a venue visit.
Do not determine safety or accessibility from a photograph alone. Ask about surfaces, level changes, covered areas and available assistance. Tell the organizer about concrete group needs without spreading unnecessary personal information.
Match the venue to your celebration
