Choose one observation question and leave the rest of the time for enjoyment. A visitor’s impression can inspire ideas; it does not establish a commercial result.
Plan without overcrowding the day
Decide who is coming, how much time you have and what the group needs to move comfortably. Check admission conditions, the weather forecast and resting options before leaving. Avoid filling the schedule with stops that require rushed transfers.
Jardines de México publishes information about its gardens and experiences in Morelos. Use its site to review a visit and current conditions. A special event may have different rules from regular admission.
Notice one design decision
Choose an aspect: how you recognize the next path, where the walk changes pace or what invites you to pause. Look at signs, contrast, scale and relationships between elements. Describe what you see before deciding why it works.
Instead of writing “this space converts better,” record something grounded in your experience: “the sign’s contrast helped me identify the entrance.” The first statement needs data; the second preserves an observation and its limits.
Keep a few notes and seek permission where needed
- Record one visual detail and the question it raised.
- Respect photography rules and do not make other visitors brand material without permission.
- Distinguish your photographs from official or third-party images.
- Keep part of the walk phone-free to spend time with your companions.
If you share an image later, retain the location’s context and do not present a personal visit as an official collaboration. Giving a place credit does not authorize use of all its materials.
Bring one question back to your project
Afterwards, choose a small improvement you can review: page orientation, message order or instruction placement. Do not copy an entire composition or assume that an observation will work identically in another setting.
Our positioning guide helps clarify what your audience needs to understand. The workday-with-room-for-life guide is a reminder that a break can end without producing a deliverable.
